Jasper is  is sweet young man, He was in our county shelter for about 6 mos, and becasue he is a bit shy he was not adopted out... He has lots of love to give but is looking for someone that will understand that he needs time to get to know you.

He can be quite the talker......

He loves to play with mice toys and  crinkled paper, he likes night time the best so if you are a night owl, he could be the kitty for you.
